This committee is responsible for planning and organizing events to strengthen the architectural presence in the Triangle Area. Special events, firm visitations, monthly community luncheons are some of the tasks given to this group. |

This committee is responsible for managing and developing continuing education programs, presentations, and lunch and learns. AIA Triangle provides more than 60 CE credits throughout the year. |

Responsible for representing AIA Triangle on the Joint Lecture Series Committee with NC State University. This series of lectures provided in the fall and spring of the year is free to members, students and the community. Scheduled lectures are provided on the AIA Triangle website. |

The mission of this committee is to assist the AIA Triangle Board in encouraging other committees and their members to be more diverse by offering resources, activities, and information to foster excellence by inclusion in our section. While reaching out to support, mentor, and nurture those who are in various states of their educational or professional development related to our industry that can be impacted by our efforts.

The Young Architects Forum consists of graduated architects who have been licensed fewer than 10 years. This vibrant group provides tours, designs and builds bus benches for area bus stops and has numerous socials throughout the year. Email Erin to sign up for the YAF emails. Legislative Day is a day for architects to visit our legislators and inform and educate them on issues important to the profession. This event is typically in the spring and many volunteers are needed for this one-day event. If interested in attending, please email aiatriangle@bellsouth.net
